Shenzhen Pemco Fastening Systems Co., Ltd is held by H.K Taihua Holding Limited. We devote to manufacturing and designing riveting fasteners and assembly parts of C-Class components. Our main products cover: self clinching nuts, flush nuts, floating nuts, standoffs; bolts, panel fasteners, self locking fasteners, inserts of plastic, spring loaded plungers, studs, welding nuts, crown screws, tapping screw and ballooning fasteners. We also manufacture various kinds of nonstandard fasteners according to your drawings, samples or specifications. We have sets of production line with precision lathe and testing instruments imported from Taiwan and Japan, which we establish advanced experimental center. We have 40 Full-Automatic Numerical Control Equipments and forty Ancillary Equipments, among which 30 sets of auto lathe, 10 sets of numerical control lathe, 1 set of CNC lathe and over 10 sets of meter lathe. Our main inspection equipments include salt spray tester, projector, tension tester, anti-torsion testers, micrometers, altimeters, callipers, screw pitch templatesand hardness testers. Our factory occupies 1500 square meters. We have over 70 employees presently, among whom 8 engineering technician, 2 advanced engineer, 15 technical expert and 28 quality assurance engineer.
